AHS Rules of Etiquette

AHS firmly believes in the BDSM Creed of Safety, Sanity and Consensuality. Therefore, our foremost concerns are the safety and security of our guests. AHS events are not intended to be swinger parties or meat markets, and anyone who attends with the specific goal of hooking up for the evening is likely to be sorely disappointed. That said, it is not unusual for guests to engage in adult activities with other singles, couples or groups. Just as at any other event you might attend in your everyday life, there is a right way to approach other guests and there is the way that will get you escorted from the building. If you wouldn’t do it in a typical social gathering, please don’t try it at an AHS event.

  • Be safe, sane and consensual in all that you do.
  • ALL physical contact and ANY form of play that may occur shall be by permission only.
  • No one is expected to dominate or submit to any other person without prior consent.
  • Abusive behavior of any sort is inappropriate and will not be tolerated.
  • Respect the personal space and belongings of others in attendance.
  • Excessive alcohol intake is not consistent with safe, sane conduct.
  • Illegal drugs and intoxicants are not permitted on the premises of AHS events.
  • Firearms and Laser penlights are prohibited.
  • Keep personal conversation to a minimum during presentations and demos.
  • The use of video/audio recording devices of any kind is strictly prohibited.
  • What happens at AHS stays at AHS.
Please make special note of the Confidentiality policy listed in the AHS Waiver & Liability Release Form delivered to you under separate cover. Descriptions and accounts of activities and attendees at AHS Events in any social media is a serious violation of the Rules of Etiquette and could result in temporary or permanent banishment. If your momma shouldn't read it, please don't post it!

No Audio or Video recording devices of any kind will be allowed at any AHS Event. Cellphones, PDAs, tablets and other handheld electronic devices are considered to be capable of audio/video recording and may not be used inside the venue. ALL electronic conversation and texting MUST be done outside the venue. Please refer to the AHS policy on Recording Equipment contained in the AHS Waiver & Liability Release Form for details concerning confiscation and destruction of recording and storage devices found to contain media recorded during an AHS Event.

AHS does not want you to be out of touch with friends and family, we simply wish to ensure the privacy and confidentiality of our guests. If you must make or receive a call or text message, please just take it outside.
